Who is responsible for your information?

• Contact details you provide, such as your name, email address and phone number.
• Booking details, including the session selected, date and time, and any notes you choose to provide.
• Payment and refund status from Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
• Technical information required to run and protect the website, such as basic server logs and IP address.

Why we use it

We use your information to respond to enquiries, arrange and manage sessions, take payment, issue calendar invitations, process eligible refunds, prevent misuse of the booking service, and meet accounting or legal obligations. We use booking and payment information because it is necessary to provide the service you request; where required by law, we also use it to meet our legal obligations.

Services that process information for us

Payments are processed by Stripe. Confirmed booking details are added to Google Calendar so that a calendar invitation can be sent to you. Our website is hosted by Vercel. These providers process the minimum information needed to provide their services and may process information outside the UK under their applicable safeguards and privacy terms.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking information only for as long as needed to manage the relationship and resolve any questions. Payment and booking records may be retained for longer where required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention or legal purposes.

Marketing and cookies

We do not currently run advertising or marketing cookies on this site. We will only send marketing messages where you have asked to receive them or where the law otherwise permits it. You can opt out at any time. Stripe may set strictly necessary cookies on its secure checkout pages; its own privacy notice applies to those pages.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you can ask to access, correct, erase, limit or receive a copy of your information, or object to certain processing. Contact us using the details above. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office if you are unhappy with how your information has been handled.
